February Workshop: Playing with Birch Bark with Deb Curtis

About this class   

You will work with birch bark to design your own basket or vessel or use one of the instructor-designed shapes. Tricks and tips for working with birch back will be shown and discussed. Each student will have enough birch bark to explore the ways to make two traditional or contemporary vessels.

Class Fee:  $64
Materials Fee: $85 pay to Deb Curtis first day of class

What to bring

Old towel, lightweight cardboard such as cereal boxes, 15 - 20 clothespins, any embellishments for your project, pencil and paper, awl or small-tip ice pick, packing tool, roll of masking tape, strong scissors, ruler
