In order to attend WFNW 2026, you must make a housing selection, even if you intend to stay off campus and commute each day. If you do not make a selection, your workshop registration may be cancelled.

If you select “commuter,” your cost will show as $0, but you still must continue through the checkout process. We have limited commuter spots available, and we need to track them. There is no onsite camping.

Five nights of lodging: Single rooms are priced at $350. Split-double rooms are $250 per person. Bathrooms are communal. Housing is at Reed College (3203 SE Woodstock Blvd), Portland, OR. Wednesday evening, July 22 (dorm check-in). Dorm checkout is 11am Monday morning, July 27.

The dorm has a kitchen and common area. We’ll provide some breakfast items, and you may bring your own food. Refrigerator space is limited, so you may want to bring your own cooler. Please note: Reed College prohibits food deliveries (e.g., DoorDash, etc.) to the campus.

After you‘ve registered, more communications will be sent via email, with more event details and housing assignments, by Monday, June 1, 2026.
